We send our best wishes and gratitude to Fr Sean Crowley and Fr Jilson Kokkandathil as they prepare to take up their new parish appointments.
As we say farewell to Fr Sean and Fr Jilson, we are deeply grateful for their ministry in the Cathedral Family of Parishes over the past number of years. Let them be assured of our continued prayers.
Fr Sean will be taking up his new appointment in Ballinhassig, in the Family of Parishes of Kinsale, Ballinhassig, Clontead and Courceys.
Fr Jilson will be taking up his new appointment in Bantry in the Family of Parishes of Bantry, Caheragh, Goleen, Muintir Bhaire and Schull.
The new appointments come into effect on 25th July.
Fr Marius O’Reilly has been appointed to be Director of Vocations for the Diocese and Parish Chaplain in the Family of Parishes of Blackpool and the Glen and Ballyvolane, South Parish, Ss Peter and Pauls, St Patrick’s, Sundays Well and The Cathedral.
We welcome Fr Kenneth Cooney, Fr Mathew Jacob and Fr Fergus Ryan who will be taking up new appointments in the Cathedral Family of Parishes.
